What's a Cake Pop?
Cake pops are created by mixing a baked cake with buttercream. Each “pop” is then dipped in gourmet chocolate creating a hard chocolate shell
with very moist cake inside--similar to a rich brownie or cookie dough. All cake pops are individually wrapped in clear cellophane with a metallic twist tie.
How do I store cake pops?
Cake pops will stay fresh at room temperature for several days and may be kept frozen for two-three months (keep product wrapped when freezing).
For display purposes we suggest thaw and serve or display in a refrigerated case.
Cake pops may crack due to the pressure of the cake inside of the chocolate. This is simply a visual blemish.
