What is a cake pop? Aaah, the #1 question when we got started back in 2010! Thanks to Starbucks and Bakerella it's not too much of a mystery anymore. But, if you are still wondering what a cake pop is, head over to our blog and read our "how to make cake pops" post here. Hope this helps!
Do you ship? Yes. We ship cake pops Monday through Thursday*, nationwide, year round. With our new Las Vegas Cake Pop location, shipping times range from 1 to 3 business days via Fedex. Since all of our products are perishable you must choose a 1 or 2 day transit time. For help, please view our transit map. Please note Tuesday deliveries will only be accepted with 1-day shipping service.
Shipping issues...
--We work extremely hard on our products and do our very best to make sure that the products arrive safely. There are times that the products (cake pops specifically) may arrive cracked. This is usually due to the rise and fall of the temperatures during shipments. It cannot be avoided and it is simply a visual blemish.
--If you receive a shipment and the shipping carton is damaged or crushed. Please contact us immediately and include a photo of the damaged shipping box so that we may process a refund with the shipping carrier. We will then issue you a full refund.
--SUMMER HEAT! During the summer it is very important to choose a one or two day shipping service. We ship in coolers with ice packs--these summer shippers only last one or two days, the higher the temperature the faster the ice melts.
All of our products contain chocolate. Chocolate begins to melt at 75 degrees. Please make sure that someone is at your delivery address to receive the package and remove it from the cooler. You may refrigerate or freeze most products. Please contact us with any questions.
Should you receive a package that seems warm, place it in the refrigerator or freezer immediately to "firm up" the chocolate.
We do not offer refunds on packages with delayed shipping due to incorrect addresses and/or refused packages. Please check the shipping address carefully.
Are the cake pops cooked? Absolutely! Sometimes people are surprised at the texture inside of the chocolate. Cake pops are made by mixing a baked cake with icing/frosting. The mixture is then rolled into a ball, "sticked", and dipped in chocolate. The texture inside is similar to chocolate covered cookie dough.
How long do cake pops last? Cake pops are best fresh but do last approximately 5 days. You can also freeze wrapped cake pops for 30-60 days.
We do not recommend refrigerating cake pops.

Sometimes they are our high-end wooden cake pop wedding stands (created for us by a talented NC woodworker named Buddy!), or acrylic stands (made personally for our own use), and sometimes they are from KCBAKES!
I just bought a groupon/living social deal and want to redeem my voucher... While we have run deals in the past (and only through Plum District) we do not run "mass deals".
Our best advice is to check your voucher to find the contact info for the company listed on your voucher.
