About Us

Welcome to Raleigh Cake Pops! My name is Anne Flanagan and I am the creator of Raleigh Cake Pops & Gourmet Treats. As a graphic designer who loves to bake, I decided to merge my two passions into one delicious enterprise. And here we are...more than two years later.

Whether it’s a bridal or baby shower, wedding, birthday party, bar/bat Mitzvah, sweet sixteen, holiday or super bowl party, large corporate event, tradeshow or intimate gathering, my team and I can make the occasion even more memorable.

We offer a wide array of flavors (currently seasonal) and designs to choose from, just ask, or we’ll suggest.
With cake pops, every order is unique! Raleigh Cake Pops can be dressed up in gold dust for a glamorous, decadent look (think New Year’s Eve)…they can be custom decorated to match your event, or whimsically custom shaped. Corporate logos, team logos and holiday themes are no challenge.

That said, if you have a specific idea in mind, we are ready to accommodate your request.
Whether it’s an entire dessert table, a party favor, congratulatory gift or thank-you gift, Raleigh Cake Pops will always impress,
and most importantly, they are incredibly, melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

How did you start making cake pops?

In November of 2010, we (my husband and I) were planning for our first bridal show. We signed up as a vendor to advertise our dessert tables (under the name Kristina Lee Events).

We made everything from fudge to cupcakes to French macarons, yet we were looking for that one “trendy” treat that was on every bride’s list…it was the cake pop.

After the bridal show, cake pop orders started rolling in…
24 for a bridal shower
48 for a graduation
100 for a grand opening
500 for a non-profit event
1,000 for a giveaway at Blogher '11
16,500 cake pops for a huge church anniversary...
…and thankfully, they never stopped.
